Zappos takes $1.6m on the chin

This is a pretty remarkable story.  Zappos had a techincal issue that gave customers some very favorable pricing on their subsidiary 6pm.com.  The mistake cost them $1.6m and they’re taking it on the chin.  Talk about taking the high road.
